A: Yes, If you are based in the Central Florida area and are only looking for installation service, then we can make arrangements at a charge to come out to measure and or install. Please contact Customer service at 386-317-1485 for more details.
A: Yes, We make some of our products and some we partnered up with reputable manufacturers to make and private label for us. We also offer products from other local manufacturers, in order to offer you the widest variety possible.
A: With most of our blinds all you have to do is dust them regularly with a cloth, feather duster or gently with a vacuum cleaner. If for some reason you need to clean them more thoroughly than a damp cloth can be used. If you are unsure about how to clean a specific blind then please call our customer service department at 386-317-1485.
A: All of our product is covered with Manufacturer Warranty. Please call Customer Service Toll Free at 386-317-1485 and we will assist you in determining whether the item can be repaired or must be replaced then we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf.
A: Yes, In most cases you can as long as you haven’t closed on your loan yet. All you need to do is let your mortgage company know this is what you ́d like to do. They ́ll take our proposal and add it to your loan. At closing, these funds are held by the title company who then cut us a check when the work is complete.
A: Not at all – we work with many customers during the construction phase, timing our orders so they’re ready as soon as you close or move-in as long as we have an adequate lead time.
A: We will never sell or give away any of your personal information. All of the information that you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email addresses are used only for processing your order and contacting you when needed. We will not release this information to anyone.
A: We try to make sure you get your order as fast as possible. However, there is a manufacturing time associated with every product. Typically most of our blinds and shades can be installed in about 7-10 business days. Plantation shutter orders normally take 4-8 weeks for production depending on the type and style. If you are needing it sooner, we also have a rush order options depending on the product. Our Design consultant will go over the production and installation time with you during your consultation.
A: Typically we require a 50% deposit when the order is placed and the balance upon installation. We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. In some cases, we accept purchase orders depending on the type of project.
A: Yes, We work with Banks, Hospitals, Local, State, & National municipalities & entities (courthouses, Police departments, Port of Houston, Department of Defense,etc), High rise Buildings, Office Buildings, restaurants, Hospitals, Schools & Universities, Banks and Churches just to name a few.
A: Yes, We work with Property Managers, Architects & Engineers, Designers & Decorators, General Contractors & SubContractors, and Building Owners.
A: Yes, We carry full commercial liability insurance, workman’s compensation so our customers can have a worry free and peace of mind buying experience.
A: Yes and No, our main office is in Port Orange. We do not have a showroom because we bring the showroom to you. It allows us to keep our overhead low so that we can pass the savings back to you.
A: We typically cover the Central Florida area for residential projects. For Commercial projects, we cover the State of Florida and some parts of Georgia.

I had 11 plantation shutters, 5 celluar arch shades, 2 cellular door shades and 2 bathroom cellular shades installed. I could not ask for a better job. I interviewed 3 other providers; Florida Blinds was the most reasonably priced. The owner, John Brindley, personally came to the house to check measurements made by his knowledgeable salesperson, Anne-Marie. The attention to detail and craftmanship that Kevin (the primary installer) displayed showed a pride in his work that is rare these days. It was a very positive experience.
I could not be happier with my experience with Florida Blinds and More. John arrived promptly at our agreed time and completed understood what I wanted. He showed me samples and took accurate measurements. The installer was also on time and did an excellent job putting the blinds and drapery rods up. (I did not get his name but he was personable and efficient.) The quality of the blinds and rods is outstanding and at an affordable price.
